Two pugs, two cats, two people and endless roads.

There Goes the Neighborhood

We are now back in Wyoming enjoying the spring snow and rain at Grand Teton National Park. We were here so early that we had to open the gate to our campground to let ourselves in. We love it when that happens. The only folks around were these guys:

Moose

Gros Ventre Campground

Moose

They weren't too happy to see us move in, and they only come around now and again. And other humans are starting to arrive, so there goes the neighborhood.

Phil and I started work on Wednesday, and we're getting back into the retail groove. The association here got a new computer system installed over the winter, so of course everything is going haywire, but we're old hands at it and aren't panicking. And our boss was happy to see us come back because she can finally take some time off and not worry about things. So that's good.

The weather here is usual spring - snow, rain, cold. We like it, but some of the guests don't. Guess what? Check the weather before you come. That's all I've got to say about that.

I gotta run because my break is almost up and I'm sure Phil wants to eat lunch. But here are some pictures I've taken since we've gotten here.

Elk

The next two pictures are not around a glacier, they are a pile of snow that came off the roof at the Visitor Center in Moose, WY. Yes they got that much snow this winter.
