Do you have workamping opportunities for Fall 2010/ Winter 2011? We are currently seeking new positions for the end of this year and would like to hear from you.

What can you expect when you hire the Paynes? Customer service, good communication skills and strong work ethics are just some of the traits we bring to any job we do.

We are 5th-year fulltime RVers with two pugs, Willoughby and Xander, and our cats, Barnum and Bailey. We are a non-smoking, dependable couple in our 30s who own a 2004 Sunnybrook Titan 31FWS pulled by a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500.

Before becoming RVers, I was an educational fundraiser for several major universities and Sue was a manager at an international weather company. I equate my years as a fundraiser with customer service, sales and task management positions. As an RVer, I have honed my skills in retail settings, and developed new skills in landscaping, maintenance and continued to managed my own mobile massage therapy practice.

Sue is a problem solver with a strong track record of getting tasks done on time and exceeding expectations. Her past work experiences focused heavily on customer service, in both retail sales and business-to-business relations. She attributes most of her success to her organizational skills and a desire to see the job done right the first time.

Both of us have strong computer backgrounds and can adapt quickly to new software platforms. We are used to rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty, be it on a Christmas Tree lot, landscaping projects or keeping a store clean.

For the past three summers, we have worked in a high-end retail store in Skagway, AK, that serves thousands of cruise-ship passengers each season. In the fall seasons we’ve worked as Christmas tree lot managers, sugar beet harvesters and temporary office workers. This fall, we are returning for a second season at Amazon.com’s Kansas warehouse.

If you are looking for a couple who can see a job through to a successful conclusion, who will work well with your customers and other employees, and who can be counted on, please contact us. We would be happy to provide any further information you need. Thank you for your consideration.
